Regarding my recommendation below... if you have little children or children who scare easily this movie will not be for them. There are a few funny scenes in the movie but Disney really kept to the true story from the book so there are a lot of parts that would be scary. We took our 9 year old and even he said there were a few scary parts.

Sara I saw this movie too! Mackenzie who is 10 was a bit scared in the beginning, but over all liked it. I just had to tell her in the beginning to pay attention there was a lesson for him. So kids that are younger and wouldn`t grasp that I completely agree :)
