My Favorite Cookies to make:
1 Box of Ritz Crackers
4 large Hershey chocolate Bars
Jar of peanut Butter
Melt the Hershey bars... if you use the microwave to melt choclate melt on low heat and add a little Crisco.. this helps to keep it from burning While the chocolate is melting you can prepare the crackers..
place peanut butter between two crackers and set aside.. repeat :)
Once chocolate is melted dip the sandwiched crackers into the chocolate... I use a spoon to cover the cracker and a fork to remove it from the chocolate.
place on cookie sheet with wax paper to harden.. may want to put in fridge. They are YUMMY and won't last long!!
Also these are so GOOD
2 pkgs. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 (1 1/2 oz.) can potato sticks
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 can (6 oz.) Spanish peanuts
Melt morsels and peanut butter. Stir in potato sticks and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Let stand overnight.
